Mid-Level Architect
We are seeking talented, self-directed, collaborative architects with three or more years of experience in design and technical development of single family residential projects. The Mid-Level Architect position plays a significant role in the firm, working directly with Principals and Senior Architects. Level of responsibility will vary dependent on candidate’s background, skills and experience. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, juggle various tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Design Excellence
Experience working with high-end residential projects and/or high levels of detail is preferred
Three or more years of post-Bachelor's or Master’s professional experience in architecture with a focus on modern residential projects
Understanding of design intent and goals for successful implementation
Experience with and/or interest in sustainable systems, materials and assemblies - wood framing construction knowledge preferred
Experience with BIM workflow and Vectorworks preferred - will train
Technical interest and ability: comfortable assisting with construction documentation and permitting
Passive House or LEED Accredited Professional a plus
Strong communication skills
Leadership strengths with an interest in career growth
