This new house, located just a stone’s throw from the beach, was designed for a young family of three who enjoy many outdoor activities the North Fork has to offer.

Indoor activities include lots of cooking and entertaining friends and family. The distinct gabled volumes of the bedroom wing and the common living spaces are positioned perpendicular to each other to create an outdoor room in the rear yard. The flat roof wraps between and around the gables, creating covered walkways, porches, and solar shading.
